BioHello, my name is Reginald Phelps, other wise known as Reggie or Edward George William Fredrick Windsor, formerly Earl of Ulster and formerly 19th in the line of succession to the British Throne. I was born in London obviously, but I now live in New Jersey with my wife and our two children. I look forward to speaking with people who do not think I am mad.
Last summer, I had a heart attack and the following winter, my wife thought it perfectly acceptable to have me committed to a psychiatric hospital just because I fell asleep in the snow after ingesting a bottle each of Valium and gin. Hopefully this year will be less plagued by annoying, near-death experiences.
